All of our carbon fiber products are private labeled & sourced from our trusted suppliers, delivering the genuine expectations our customers desire. Rest assured, our commitment to quality begins with ensuring that each product meets the highest standards of proper fitment and excellence.
Material Preparation
Sheets of carbon fiber fabric are cut to the desired specs and prepped to be laid into the mold. This is crucial step in the fabrication process, as overlay and underlay can ruin the final product if not produced correctly.
Laying the Carbon Fiber
The carbon fiber fabric is carefully laid into the mold, ensuring that it conforms to the shape of the mold and there are no wrinkles or folds in the fabric. Layers of carbon fiber may be used, depending on the desired strength of the final part.
Trimming and Finishing
During the pre-curation phase, attention turns to the trimming of excess material. This critical step ensures that the final product will maintain its intended shape and dimensions once the curing process is complete.
Curing Process
Each mold, with its carbon fiber layup, is vacuum-sealed and applied with resin. It is then placed in an autoclave, where heat and pressure are applied, curing the resin and solidifying the carbon fiber into its final form.
The Finishing Touch
Once cooled and inspected for imperfections, a polishing process is implemented. This final step is crucial for creating a glossy, high-quality finish that enhances the appearance of the carbon fiber parts.
